Reporting to the Head of marchFIRST EMEA and to the US-based Corporate CIO, with overall responsibility for IT in UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Spain, and South Africa.

Following the mergers of USWeb/CKS and Mitchell Madison Group, and then Whitman-Hart to form marchFIRST, initiated a major programme of IT integration across the EMEA region.

Projects included a move to common business systems including SAP which was uccessfully deployed in the UK, Germany and Spain in less than 6 months. Also established a regional IT organisation and set common infrastructure standards.
